My Ethernet Serial Server is missing from the SeaLINK Device Discovery utility. How do I find it?
The most common solution is to disable all network adapters except for the one connected to the Ethernet Serial server, then try searching for the Ethernet Serial server again. On most versions of Windows, this can be done by navigating to Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections, then right-clicking and selecting “Disable” on each unused adapter. After disabling unused network adapters, the unit will be located by the SeaLINK Device Discovery utility and device setup can be continued.
