Item# 104445 is a CFast solid-state disk (SSD) drive with 128GB of iSLC flash memory. iSLC is based on MLC technology, but performs at SLC levels, while maintaining affordable pricing and extending the lifespan to at least 7 times comparable MLC drives. The SATA III drive is compatible with the CFast 2.0 standard and is backwards compatible with SATA II & I interfaces. The drive features iSMART disk health monitoring and an intelligent error recovery system to ensure reliable data transfers and increase the life of the drive in data intensive applications. Without additional drivers, the disk can be configured as a boot or data storage device.
