The TR142 is a wall wart style power supply for countries that use the Australian standard. The TR142 is rated for 100-240VAC input and 5VDC output at 1.2A. The TR142 is a replacement for the power supply that ships with the Australian (-AU) versions of the 1102, 1103, 4101, 4102, 4104, 4201, 4202 and 4203.
