Social distancing, remote work schedules, more hand sanitizing stations, controlled meeting attendance and increased daily sanitization of high-touch surfaces are now incorporated in Sealevel’s ongoing operations.
Sealevel is actively encouraging employee activities and working on internal programs to boost employee morale. “We’ve been able to extend additional paid holidays for our team, post fun hand-washing songs throughout the facility and promote Wellness Wednesdays to encourage employees to get outside,” says O’Hanlan.
As a result of the continued needs of Sealevel’s customers and overall company growth, Sealevel has hired 12 new employees in their engineering, sales and production departments since January 1 of this year, growing the team by 18%.
