Sealevel Selected as Finalists for 2014 Best-in-Test Awards
December 17, 2013The Best-in-Test Awards has been honoring the top, most innovative products, companies, and engineers since 1991. Nominations for the Test Engineer of the Year and the Best-in-Test products are selected by EDN editors and then voted on by the EDN readers. “The Best-in-Test Awards has celebrated the best innovations and innovators in the electronics test industry for more than two decades,” said Martin Rowe, Senior Technical Editor, EDN’s Test & Measurement Design Center and EE Times’ Test & Measurement Designline, UBM Tech.
Sealevel’s Relio R3 was selected as a finalist in the Best-in-Test 2014: Data Acquisition category. The Relio R3 is a 3U, solid-state rackmount computer designed for I/O intensive data acquisition applications. Based on the COM Express architecture, the system provides scalable computing power with choice of Intel i7, i3, or Atom processor combined with 18 expansion slots for adding analog, digital and serial functionality. A PCIe expansion slot is also included. Standard features include dual Gigabit Ethernet, four SeaLATCH locking USB 2.0 ports, three serial ports, DisplayPort video and audio interfaces. The system includes a 7-in. color touchscreen LCD on the front panel for convenient system configuration and intuitive operator interface.
